Hello and a very warm welcome to KT’s online Yoga family!

Congratulations on taking charge of your Yoga practice!

Instead of labeling classes as easy or advanced, I instead offer different themes to focus on all areas of your body. Each class has variations to guide you through new poses, or space to modify the practice to be as challenging as you need, whether it’s your first class, or after many years of practice. My classes are designed to build functional strength and flexibility that will help you enjoy a life-long Yoga practice, we keep it simple and focus on learning poses that mimic valuable real life movements, in order to maintain or improve the quality of your every day life and your usual activities. We do this by learning correct alignment, the purpose behind the pose and how it is meant to feel, as opposed to what a pose “should” look like, and building mobility safely.

Let’s get started!

  • At the very least you need a mat, I highly recommend investing in a couple of yoga blocks as well - they are extremely useful no matter where you are in your Yoga journey!
